Member of the Economic Policy Committee since 2001
The Central Chamber of Commerce together with the regional Chambers, helps businesses succeed in Finland and in international markets. It influences legislation, taxation and economic policy in order to help build a sound business environment. The Economic Policy Committee prepares the key elements of the Central Chamber of Commerce's economic policy.

The Confederation of Finnish Industries EK is the leading business organisation in Finland. It represents the entire private sector, both industry and services, and companies of all sizes.

The Confederation of Service Industries represents the entire private service sector. In 2004 it was merged to form part of the Confederation of Industries (EK).

The Federation of Technology Industries represents the most important industrial sector in Finland:
- 65 % of total Finnish exports
- 75 % of total Finnish R&D investments
Member companies employ directly 274 000 persons and about 700 000 persons accounted together with the indirect employment effect, i.e. a quarter of the total Finnish work force.

Project Management Association is the Finnish IPMA member association. IPMA is the world’s oldest project management organisation. It is an international network of national project management societies. While these national societies serve the specific project management development needs of each country in its national language, the IPMA as an umbrella organisation represents them at the international level.
